Yes, children aged 6 and above are welcome on balloon safaris. Children under 12 receive a 50% discount. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and meet the minimum height requirement of 120cm (4 feet) to see over the basket edge comfortably.
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsuitable (high winds, heavy rain, or low visibility), your flight will be rescheduled to the next available day or fully refunded. We monitor forecasts closely and make decisions by 8 PM the evening before your scheduled flight.
Ballooning is accessible to most people. You need to be able to stand for the duration of the flight and climb into the basket (approximately 90cm/3 feet high). Landing requires a slight bending of the knees. If you have mobility concerns, please inform us in advance and we will accommodate you.
Yes, every package includes a traditional champagne toast upon landing followed by a full bush breakfast. The Platinum package includes vintage Champagne and a gourmet menu. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice — just let us know when booking.
